Shipping policy

Delivery Coverage: We deliver to all postal addresses across India. Please provide a complete street address with the pin code/zip code, as courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Our trusted courier agents include DTDC, BLUEDART, Delhivery, Indiapost, and more.

Delivery Days and Hours: Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays in most cities, following a 5-day work culture. However, we can arrange Saturday deliveries on a case-by-case basis for an extra fee. Delivery times during working hours vary from country to country. Please note that we do not make shipments on Sundays and public holidays because our logistics partner does not conduct pick-ups on these days.

Transit Information: If you order two or more items, they may arrive in multiple boxes on different days. This happens due to varying item availability and shipping locations. Products are often shipped separately for added safety during transit.

Transit Risk: Ethnowear ships all parcels fully insured at no extra cost to you. If the courier company fails to deliver, you won't suffer any loss; the in-transit risk is on us. However, Ethnowear is not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or any damage once the package is left at your address by the postal/courier agency.

Shipment and Tracking Details: We will notify you by email when your order is shipped, including the tracking number and courier company's website details. You can also check the order status page on our website or log in to your My Account section. Please note that it may take up to 24 business hours for tracking numbers to become active on the courier websites. If you notice any issues with parcel delivery, please report them within 24 hours.

Order Delivered Email: Please keep track of the order delivered email we send once the item is delivered. The email is triggered as soon as we receive updates from our courier partners. If you haven't received the product within 5 working days after receiving the tracking details from us, please track the shipment at your end or contact us if there's any ambiguity in the tracking information.

Delivery Discrepancies: For any delivery discrepancies, we can only address cases reported within 48 hours of delivery or within 48 hours of receiving the order delivered email from us.

Address Change Requests: Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, we may accommodate address alteration requests within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us your alteration request, and we will assist you.

Multiple Address Orders: Currently, we do not offer this option. If you wish to send products to different addresses, please place multiple orders.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: Please note that some courier companies charge penalties for incorrect shipping addresses that do not match the address and zip code. Any such penalties and fees will be borne by the customer, not Ethnowear. Ensure your shipping address is accurate. In case of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges.

Packing Method: All products are initially packed in polythene and then placed in corrugated boxes. Orders are shipped via 1st Class Air courier services and are typically delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

Time to Ship: We provide indicative and approximate "time to ship" values for each item. These values may vary based on item availability and other factors. For more accurate estimates, email us with the item codes. Most orders are processed within 48-72 hours of placement, and you can expect to receive them within 7-15 business days on average.

Delays in Shipping: If there's a delay in shipping due to an item being 'Out of Stock' or any unusual delay in order fulfillment, we will notify you by email. In some cases, we may deliver your order in multiple consignments for orders with different "Availability" status. If we can't complete the order within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund for the unfulfilled part of the order.
